Cidiemme is a relatively young company by three business partners who had bought an important know-out whilst working in their previous jobs which they wanted to use and develop over time. And so since 1996 Cidiemme has become a key benchmark in the field of automatic controls for heating, ventilation and refrigeration units. Behind every market success lies a satisfied customer and behind every satisfied Customer there is a Company capable of listening to their needs and of analysing these in order to make a product tailored to meet particular requirements, this is the life motive of Cidiemme. The great attention placed on the Customer and an extreme flexibility have allowed Cidiemme to make a space for themselves on the global market - from North Europe to Latin America - also owing to the high reliability of its products which are increasingly chosen by manufacturers and distributors. Cidiemme products, in addition to normal residential units, are also used in industrial refrigeration, in supermarkets and even on cruise ships. The high quality of the components used in its products and construction of its products, from the servo motor to the valve body, carried out completely manually, allows every phase of a job to be checked and therefore potential anomalies are brought to attention at any moment in time which can then be readily resolved, therefore increasing the reliability of products.

Cidiemme does not only focus its attention on the quality of the components that it uses but it also takes great care the environment making sure that they comply with CE directives, RohS3 and R.E.A.CH.. Also socially responsible, Cidiemme pays special attention, even if not a US Company and not listed, it is however sensitive to Human Rights issues and therefore employs a policy aimed at guaranteeing that its products are "Conflict Free" as per the requirements of the Dodd Frank Act (signed as U.S. federal law in 2010) in Section 1502. To this end it continuously carries out thorough checks with Its suppliers and the supply chain of materials and/or components for building its own products in order to ensure that they don't come from the Democratic Republic of Congo or neighbouring African Republics. Sales from here raise funds which continue to fuel a fifteen year conflict, resulting in an epidemic of massacres and sexual violence, to such an extent that this African nation is considered "the world rape capital".
